I ship using Canada Post, as a regular parcel with tracking enabled. You item(s) will all be packaged as securly as I can make it (bubble wrap, protective sheets, ect) however understand that things may happen during shipping itself that are unfortunetly out of my control. I will always to my best to minimize this, however I can not gaurentee the SHIPPING of the item will be 100%. IN THE EVENT that something goes wrong, please contact me ASAP and I will see what I can do. SHIPPING TIME does not include the manufactoring time.
I offer refunds and returns on items that have not been damaged or show wear. If you need to return and refund your item, please let me know (and why, so I can improve). BEFORE returning, please first send me a video or picture(s) of your item for approval for refund/return. DON'T SHIP IT BACK BEFORE I DETERMINE THAT THERE HAS BEEN NO DAMAGE.
