I ship using Canada Post, as a regular parcel with tracking enabled. You item(s) will all be packaged as securly as I can make it (bubble wrap, corner protectors, protective sheets, ect) however understand that things may happen during shipping itself that are unfortunetly out of my control. I will always to my best to minimize this, however I can not gaurentee the SHIPPING of the item will be 100%. IN THE EVENT that something goes wrong, please contact me ASAP and I will see what I can do.

For a return or refund, please contact me and provide image/video evidance of what you are dissatisfied with and on a case by case basis I MAY issue you EITHER a return or refund. This would be sent to the payment option you used for your purchase.
