I do not offer refunds on paintings, however if you dissatisfied when your order arrives, I do allow an exchange for a painting of equal or greater value (for the ladder you would pay the difference between the two)

I ship using Canada Post, as a regular parcel with tracking enabled. You item(s) will all be packaged as securly as I can make it (bubble wrap, corner protectors, protective sheets, ect) however understand that things may happen during shipping itself that are unfortunetly out of my control. I will always to my best to minimize this, however I can not gaurentee the SHIPPING of the item will be 100%. IN THE EVENT that something goes wrong, please contact me ASAP and I will see what I can do.
